SHIPPING & RETURN/Exchange
1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
As most of our products are made to order, we aim to deliver your orders within 15-21 working days of the order being placed.
In cases where the products are in stock, you can expect delivery within 4-7 working days.
2. Can I cancel my order once placed online?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours, by reaching out to us on kivasajewelsinfo@gmail.com with your order details. We will do our best to assist you at the earliest.
3. Where do you ship?
Domestic - We ship nationwide and offer free shipping to most places in India.
International - While we do not deliver internationally at the moment, please contact us on WhatsApp using the link and we will try our best to arrange something & extend across borders!
4. What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping across India.
Note - some areas might not fall into our serviceable areas and incur a small shipping charge.
5. Is my order insured?
Yes! All orders are insured so our customers can feel at ease.
6. Is the delivery process safe?
Of course - we have taken all the necessary steps to ensure orders reach our safely and smoothly. We have partnered with one of the most trusted and experienced logistics providers, BVC, who specialize in shipping fine jewellery.
7. What mode of payments do you accept?
Online - we accept all major debit/credit cards, netbanking, UPI and various mobile wallets.
8. Are there any taxes applicable on top of the product price?
No - we want our customers to have a fuss-free shopping experience which is why all our prices are GST inclusive.
9. What is your return & exchange policy?
Orders are applicable for a return within 7 days of receipt, & exchange within 14 days of receipt. The product being exchanged/returned must be in an unworn and sellable condition, accompanied by the original packaging, certification & invoice.
The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the product and it has passed our relevant quality checks.
In case of exchange, if the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer shall pay the difference. In case the exchange value is lower, the customer can expect a refund of the difference in amount within 21 days.
Kindly keep in mind that customized & engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange. We are also unable to exchange/refund any items once they have been altered by another jewellery. Furthermore, we accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects.
If any product is exchanged once, It will not be exchanged or returned again.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, by reaching out to us at kivasajewelsinfo@gmail.com with your order details. We will do our best to assist you at the earliest.

11. What is your buy back policy?
We offer 70% buy back on jewellery purchased from us, The buyback value will be 70% of the original invoice value (net of taxes). Given that it passes our quality checks & other assessment procedures.
This means we are happy to refund 70% of the invoice value, with a minor processing fee of INR 1,000.
The final amount to be refunded can be expected within 21 days.

Please note :
* The Buy Back scheme is applicable anytime after a year of purchase of product.
* This scheme will not be applicable if alterations have been made to the product by other jewellers.
* We would require the invoice and authenticity card to avail the buy back scheme.
* The buy back scheme is not applicable on customized order.
